What is your normal 310S precision-strip range?
Our normal supply range covers 0.05–3.00 mm thickness and 10–1,570 mm width. We confirm exact 310S availability against the condition, edge, tolerance, coil geometry, quantity and inspection requirements.
Is 0.015 mm thickness a standard 310S strip offer?
No. Down to 0.015 mm × 600 mm is a special ultrathin supply option for eligible grades and orders, kept separate from our normal 310S strip range.
Which edge details should I specify for 310S strip?
State the required slit or processed edge, burr limit and direction, camber, surface side and any edge protection. Add the measurement method and sampling plan when the edge is critical to forming.
Can strip coil weight and ID/OD be customized?
Yes, where the master-coil, slitting and rewinding configuration permits. Send target and maximum coil weight, inside diameter, outside-diameter limit and the required presentation.
What inspection is useful for precision strip?
Typical order checks cover traceability, thickness, width, edge, burr, camber, surface and coil geometry. Critical orders should define gauge locations, sample frequency, first-off approval and retained-sample needs.
