310S stainless steel coil gives processors a continuous feed route for slitting, cut-to-length, forming and fabricated heat-resistant components. Hechuang Stainless Steel organizes hot-rolled and cold-rolled coil enquiries by thickness, width, finish, edge, coil weight, inside diameter, outside diameter and downstream conversion plan. Published China routes include hot-rolled coil at 2–10 mm × 1,000–3,100 mm and cold-rolled coil at 0.20–6.50 mm × 730–1,600 mm. Surface & Condition

State hot- or cold-rolled route, finish, surface side, edge condition, protective film and any telescoping, burr or camber acceptance. Coil weight, inside diameter, outside diameter and winding direction should match the buyer's decoiler, crane, saddle and line limits.

Cutting and Fabrication

The supply plan can include slitting, cut-to-length or blanks produced from the selected master coil. Define slit widths, edge, burr, camber, cut length, flatness, package weight and sampling so the conversion route and finished deliverables are quoted together.

Inspection Options

Specify MTC, heat and coil traceability, thickness and width checks, surface inspection, edge or burr records, coil geometry and weight verification. Inspection after slitting or cut-to-length should be identified separately from incoming master-coil checks.

Packing for Export

Coil packing can use eye-to-sky or eye-to-wall orientation, waterproof wrapping, edge protectors, bore protection, steel bands and a suitable saddle or skid. Confirm lifting method, fork access, package limits and container securing requirements.

    The China route used for RFQ planning covers 2–10 mm thickness and 1,000–3,100 mm width. The workable 310S combination also depends on the product standard, coil weight, ID/OD, quantity and inspection scope.

  2. What cold-rolled coil dimensions can I send for review?

    The published cold-rolled route covers 0.20–6.50 mm thickness and 730–1,600 mm width. Include finish, edge, coil weight and geometry because those inputs determine the suitable route.
