Material Risks
Abrasion, restrained expansion, cyclic weld stress and creep in loaded carriers may govern different parts. Pressure-containing runs and damp or condensing sections need checks beyond hot-gas oxidation.
Choosing a Grade
309S/310S are comparisons for oxidizing hot-gas paths; 253MA adds a cyclic-oxidation and creep comparison. 321/347 and H variants remain candidates for the specified welded or loaded duty. Evaluate 316Ti separately for compatible corrosive media, rather than applying one grade to the entire conveying line.

We arrange cutting, bending, rolling, machining and welding preparation to the drawing. Our group and partner resources support the agreed geometry, tolerances and assembly scope.
Inspection & Traceability
We provide heat-linked material documents and dimensional and surface checks. PMI, NDT and third-party inspection can be arranged to the agreed order scope; test methods and acceptance criteria are confirmed before production.
Packing & Delivery
We protect surfaces, edges and machined faces, cap tubular ends and support long or formed parts. Package identification follows the drawing items and planned installation sequence.
