Material Risks
Solids can wear away metal and protective scale; impact, deposits and temperature gradients can compound distortion. Oxidation resistance alone does not establish wear life.
Choosing a Grade
Compare 309/309S and 310/310S for their different chromium/nickel and carbon balances in hot oxidizing zones. 253MA is a comparison where cyclic oxidation and hot load matter. Ash chemistry, solids impact and support geometry may govern the choice before a higher-alloy grade brings value.

Inspection & Traceability

Packing & Delivery
We protect surfaces, edges and machined faces, cap tubular ends and support long or formed parts. Package identification follows the drawing items and planned installation sequence.
