Material Risks
Thermal fatigue can concentrate at attachments during starts; steady hot loads raise creep concerns. Steam pressure boundaries and condensing flue-gas zones need separate material checks.
Choosing a Grade
Compare 309S/310S for oxidizing gas-side auxiliaries. 321/347 offer stabilized alternatives; controlled-carbon 321H/347H are comparisons for creep-governed service under the specified code. 316Ti may suit selected corrosion duties, but is not a blanket substitute for the hottest gas-side parts.

Inspection & Traceability
We provide heat-linked material documents and dimensional and surface checks. PMI, NDT and third-party inspection can be arranged to the agreed order scope; test methods and acceptance criteria are confirmed before production.
Packing & Delivery
We protect surfaces, edges and machined faces, cap tubular ends and support long or formed parts. Package identification follows the drawing items and planned installation sequence.
