What to send for a useful quote

• Grade and governing product standard.
• Product form, dimensions, tolerances, condition and surface.
• Quantity, processing, MTC, third-party inspection and packing requirements.
• Destination, requested delivery date and service conditions relevant to material review.

Trade and delivery baseline

Common export ports are Shanghai / Ningbo. Tell us the destination and requested date so we can build the loading port, inland movement, freight and schedule into your quotation.

• MOQ: normally 1 metric ton; special orders negotiable.
• Samples: free; customer pays freight; cut sizes available; preparation normally 3–7 days.
• Delivery: stock 3–7 days ex-works; custom production normally 30–60 days.
• Payment: T/T or L/C at sight.
• Incoterms: FOB / CIF / CFR / DAP / EXW.
• Third-party inspection: SGS / BV / TÜV / CCIC; scope and cost by agreement.
• Quality claims: notify us within 30 days after receipt; retesting and resolution follow the contract and responsibility determination.
