Heat-Resistant Stainless Steel Forgings

We supply material and processed parts, with inspection documents and export packing coordinated in one order.

What we provide

We supply forgings for heat-resistant components, with starting geometry, machining allowance and heat-treatment condition matched to the part.

Stock, custom cuts and mill orders

Current stock
We check current stock by grade and exact size before quoting; the ranges below are not a live inventory list.
Custom cutting
We arrange cut sizes from suitable starting material, with cutting allowances and finished dimensions agreed in the quote.
Mill orders
Dimensions or conditions outside available stock are reviewed for mill production. Grade, size combination and order quantity determine feasibility and lead time.

The ranges describe supply capabilities, not every grade and size combination. Current stock, custom cuts and mill orders are confirmed separately.

Surface and delivery condition

Forged geometry and delivery condition are agreed for the order. Rough or machined surfaces are distinguished so allowance is available where final finishing is required.

Standards

We match the material designation, product standard and delivery condition to the order. Pressure applications also need the applicable product and design requirements; a grade name alone does not establish pressure suitability.

Processing options

We coordinate forging, heat treatment and rough or final machining. Dimensional checks and any additional testing follow the agreed production stages.

Inspection and documents

We check material identity, dimensions, surface condition and heat traceability against the order. Material test documents are supplied with the agreed document scope; additional testing and third-party inspection can be arranged before production.

Packing and export delivery

We arrange protection suited to the product: supported flat packs, secured coils, bundles or cases for finished parts. Surface protection, handling access and shipment marks are included in the packing plan.

Frequently asked questions

  1. How is the delivery condition defined?

Forged geometry and delivery condition are agreed for the order. Rough or machined surfaces are distinguished so allowance is available where final finishing is required.

  2. What inspection documents can you provide?

We check material identity, dimensions, surface condition and heat traceability against the order. Material test documents are supplied with the agreed document scope; additional testing and third-party inspection can be arranged before production.

  3. How should a forging drawing distinguish machining allowance?

Show the forged blank and finished dimensions separately. Identify the surfaces to be machined and the delivery condition so sufficient material remains for final cleanup without confusing blank and finished tolerances.

  4. When should ultrasonic testing of a forging be agreed?

Agree the UT method, coverage, acceptance criteria and reporting before production, including whether testing is required before or after machining. The inspection scope follows the ordered forging and project specification.
