Material Risks
Creep and pressure stress differ from water-side corrosion and thermal fatigue at joints. Dry hot-gas performance does not predict resistance to condensate or cleaning chemicals.
Choosing a Grade
310S and 253MA are comparisons for suitable hot-gas components. Compare 321/347 and 321H/347H for stabilized or creep-governed duties, and 316Ti for suitable corrosion conditions. Pressure-retaining tubes, plates and connections require the specified code, product form and heat treatment.

Inspection & Traceability
We provide heat-linked material documents and dimensional and surface checks. PMI, NDT and third-party inspection can be arranged to the agreed order scope; test methods and acceptance criteria are confirmed before production.
Packing & Delivery
We protect surfaces, edges and machined faces, cap tubular ends and support long or formed parts. Package identification follows the drawing items and planned installation sequence.
