Material Risks
Separate gas-exposed surfaces from ash-contact zones and wet downstream sections. Chloride-bearing deposits and sulfur can change the attack mechanism; shutdown condensation adds wet corrosion.
Choosing a Grade
309S/310S and 253MA are candidates for assessed hot-gas zones, not general solutions for chlorinated ash. Compare 321/347 where welded-part stabilization is relevant. 253MA needs separate review for carbon-rich, nitrogen-rich and wet conditions. Gas chemistry, deposits and cleaning exposure must drive the final comparison.

We arrange cutting, bending, rolling, machining and welding preparation to the drawing. Our group and partner resources support the agreed geometry, tolerances and assembly scope.
Inspection & Traceability
We provide heat-linked material documents and dimensional and surface checks. PMI, NDT and third-party inspection can be arranged to the agreed order scope; test methods and acceptance criteria are confirmed before production.
Packing & Delivery
We protect surfaces, edges and machined faces, cap tubular ends and support long or formed parts. Package identification follows the drawing items and planned installation sequence.
