- Grade and governing product standard.
- Product form, dimensions, tolerances, condition and surface.
- Quantity, processing, MTC, third-party inspection and packing requirements.
- Destination, requested delivery date and service conditions relevant to material selection.
Ordering and delivery
- MOQ: normally 1 metric ton; special orders negotiable.
- Free samples; customer pays freight; cut sizes available; preparation normally 3–7 days.
- Stock delivery: 3–7 days ex-works. Custom production: normally 30–60 days.
- Payment: T/T or L/C at sight.
- Incoterms: FOB / CIF / CFR / DAP / EXW.
- Common export ports: Shanghai / Ningbo.
- Third-party inspection: SGS / BV / TÜV / CCIC; scope and cost by agreement.
- Quality claims: report any issues within 30 days after receipt. We review your report against the agreed order and test results.
