The ranges describe supply capabilities, not every grade and size combination. Current stock, custom cuts and mill orders are confirmed separately.
Surface and delivery condition
Inside and outside surfaces, heat-treatment condition, straightness and end condition are defined for the selected construction and tubular product standard.
Standards
We match the material designation, product standard and delivery condition to the order. Pressure applications also need the applicable product and design requirements; a grade name alone does not establish pressure suitability.
Processing options
We arrange cut lengths, end preparation and drawing-based fabrication. The dimensional standard and test method are matched to the ordered tube; pressure duty is reviewed separately.
Inspection and documents
We check material identity, dimensions, surface condition and heat traceability against the order. Material test documents are supplied with the agreed document scope; additional testing and third-party inspection can be arranged before production.
Packing and export delivery
We arrange protection suited to the product: supported flat packs, secured coils, bundles or cases for finished parts. Surface protection, handling access and shipment marks are included in the packing plan.
