Surface & Condition

Specify hot-rolled annealed and pickled surface or the project finish, together with plate flatness, edge condition, surface acceptance, protective-film needs and any machining allowance. The mill delivery condition and final processed condition are recorded separately when cutting or forming follows plate supply.

Cutting and Fabrication

Plate can be organized as mill size or cut to drawing by a qualified laser, waterjet or plasma route selected for the thickness, heat input, edge-quality target and downstream weld preparation. Add bevels, holes, bending, rolling or machining to the drawing, and identify which dimensions are inspected after processing.

Inspection Options

Define the MTC and heat traceability, dimensions, flatness, surface, edge condition and marking required for acceptance. PMI, ultrasonic testing, dye penetrant testing or third-party inspection can be included when the method, acceptance criteria and witness points are agreed before production.

Packing for Export
