Packing for Export
Bars can be bundled with separators, end protection, waterproof wrapping, steel bands and timber supports, while machined pieces can be individually protected and crated.

Is 310S bar available by rolled and forged routes?
Yes. We supply hot-rolled round bar at Φ20–Φ100 mm and forged round bar at Φ140–Φ240 mm, with extended sizes quoted separately.
Does the Φ12–Φ800 mm envelope mean every 310S diameter is readily available?
No. It is an extended special-metallurgy range. Exact 310S availability depends on the bar standard, diameter, condition, quantity, inspection and rolling or forging requirements.
What machining allowance should I request on 310S bar?
Send the finished drawing, starting diameter or section, surface, datum, heat-treatment condition and required cleanup. We will quote an allowance suited to rolling or forging variation and the machining sequence.
Which straightness and surface details belong in the RFQ?
Name the product or dimensional standard, bar length, straightness acceptance, diameter tolerance, rolled, peeled, turned or ground surface and any surface-defect or testing requirement.
What NDT can be requested for forged 310S bar?
UT, PT or other project-defined examination can be included. State the method, test condition, coverage, acceptance class, sampling, reporting and whether inspection occurs before or after machining.
